What is more, the percentage of sodium in breakfast is 14%, paralleled by the same amount in snacks. However, the proportion of saturated fat in snacks is 5% more than that in breakfast, which are 21% and 16%, respectively. Moreover, when it comes to saturated fat, dinner and lunch also demonstrate the two largest percentages, accounted for 37% and 26%, respectively.
In terms of sugar, we can also see that snacks obtains more sugar than the other meals, as it comprises 42%, followed by dinner (23%), lunch (19%), and breakfast (16%).
