It can be seen that lunch has 29% sodium per serving while snack and breakfast hold the same amount of the nutrient. However, the amount of saturated fat in lunch is slightly lower than sodium which is 26% in addition, snack and breakfast contain larger amount of saturated fat than sodium which are 21% and 16% respectively. In terms of added sugar, breakfast holds the same percentage as saturated fat of 16%, but lunch and dinner are way less than two previous categories: sodium and saturated fat which are 19% and 23% respectively.
