Overall, it can be seen that the monthly spending had a fluctuation over the period.
To begin, in January the most money was spent on food, approximately $500. Although expenditure on food increased slightly the following month and reached nearly $600. Then it started decreasing gradually and by the end of the period (April) it fell to the lowest point among three items with just above $300.
However, spending on gas followed the opposite trend. In January, it started at about $350, and it reached the lowest point in February. After that it rose significantly and ended with just under $600 in April.
Lastly, the monthly expenditure on Clothing was nearly $200 in January. The next month it rose sharply to roughly $600. In March it decreased to nearly $350, which is almost as much as the gas expenditure in March. At the end of the period, spending rose significantly once again, and made up nearly $700. Spending on Clothing fluctuated over the period. Additionally, average expenses decreased over the four months, with the exception of an increase in March
