Overall, it can be seen that in three out of five categories, males had more free time than females. Another note-worthy feature is that the amount of free time for the unemployed and retired was the highest, while the opposite was true for the other categories.
Looking at the graph, it is clear that males had more average weekly leisure time than females in three out of five categories. The amount of leisure time enjoyed in a typical week that males had was 45 hours in Employed full time, in comparison with 39 hours of females. A stricking feature is that Unemployed and Retired had the highest spare time in both gender. Futhermore, males and females has a substantial amount of leisure time was nearly the same in Unemployed and Retired, which stood at 85 hours and 75 hours, respectively.
Turning to others categories, females who work as housewives had over 45 hours of free time, while females who in part-time employment had 40 hours of that. Another note-worthy feature is that data for males employed part-time and males who stayed at home is not provided in the chart.
