I’m writing to inform you that I’ve been granted admission at Oxford College and would like a place to stay in the college dorm during my studies. I would ideally like to have a single room with attached bathroom and a kitchen. As I like to stay active and participate in outdoor activities, I would like a room in a building that has a gym.

Furthermore, I would like to provide some information about my food preferences as I’m aware that college provides catering for the entire hall. Although, I’m open to all types of food, I personally prefer plant-based food as I’m aiming to become a vegan.

Lastly, I’m aware there might be shortage of specific type of room as the college caters to hundreds of students, In this case, I would like to know what alternatives are possible for me? I’m open to your suggestions because I would really like to stay close to the college so that I’m able to attend the lectures on time.
