The table shows the information of the employment and education from eight European countries in 2015.
Referring to the data given, Norway holds the highest employment and the people with degree rates while Greece is in the lowest rank. To begin with, the average income for Norwegians are around EUR 42,000 while Greece only received EUR 7,520 which causes 4 times lower than Norway. This might be because Norway is a well-known country for the best education system in the world. Undeniably, the people is well-trained for the wide-range of the industries and being a quality resources for the coporates. This makes Norwegians becoming strong candidates and be able to gain the higher salary. However, Bulgaria, Greece and Latvia received the lowest income in this chart, they still have the employment rate more than 50% which means there is no European countries in this chart has lower employment rate than 50.8%.
To conclude, even if the bottom three countries have a higher 50% of employment rate, this is undeniable that only 50% from the employed resources are holding a degree or a higher education diploma.
