Overall, it takes multiple stages for the bricks to turn from soft clay into hard building blocks, which at the end is delivered to various destinations.
At the beginning, raw clay is dug from the ground using a heavy digger, after that it goes through a rolling machine that softens and glides it to the next step. At this stage, water and sand are added to the clay that creates the moulding formula and pass through the cutting machine using metal wire.
At this stage bricks are made, but need to be dried first in the drying oven for 24-48 hrs. Next, the dried bricks go through different temperatures ranging between moderate and high as 1300 degrees. After that they are left to cool down for 2-3 days, by then they are ready to be packed and shipped for delivery.
