The chart demonstrates the percentage of men and women of ages between 60 and 64 that are still working in four countries in the year 1970 and 2000. Apparently, the percent of men aged 60 to 64 and are still working has decreased dramatically in all 4 countries, USA, Australia, Japan, Belgium. However, it stayed relatively the same in women.

Even though the percent of employed men aged 60 to 64 decreased in all four countries, the most significant decrease was in Belgium who decreased from 79% to 19%. In second place as the most decrease is Australia which decreased from 74% to 47%.

On the other hand, the percent of employed women aged 60 to 64 has relatively stayed the same in all four countries and has even increased in countries like Australia and USA. Even though the increase was only by 1 or 2 percent, it still counts as an increase.
