Dear Sir or Madam

I hope this email finds you well, I am writing this email to complain regarding the Samsung camera which I purchased last week on December 14th from your website.

First of all, I would like to describe what the abilities of the Samsung camera; as I have a photography hobby to take shots for the sea life. As a result the Samsung camera seems to have a lot of potentials I was needed such as the quality of photos reaches to one hundred pixels .Moreover, it is a waterproof it can take photos under the water in depth of five meters in addition to it has a ten years guarantee .

You can imagine how dissatisfied I was to discover that the camera does not work as it supposed to. It has a lot of issues, such as it cannot capture photos underwater, and the resolution of the camera is not one hundred pixels as advertised .

I kindly request a replacement for the faulty camera as soon as possible.
