In 1985, the proportion of students taking languages include French, Germany and Spanish made up the most with 24%, which decreased slightly to 17% this year. By contrast, the figure for fitness and dance course remained unchanged with 22% both in 1985 and now.
Students choosing music appreciation course took up the lowest, with nearly one in ten, compared to 15% of local history course. However, these two courses were replaced with IT one, which contributed the highest proportion this year with 27%, followed by cookery with 19%, which increased gradually by 5% compared to its figure in the year 1985. Meanwhile, the number of students on the adult education centre taking art courses consisted of 17% in 1985, which then dropped to 15% this year.
