Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. My family are planning to stay at the Seaside hotel for the weekend. My family consists of four people, two adults and two kids that will join for us for our stay at the hotel. Before we finalize the booking, we would like provide the relevant information on the type of rooms we will need.

Moreover, we will be arriving on 27th March 2025 at 2pm and leaving on 29th March 2025 at 10am. We will require a double room since we can check on the children if any issues arises. The room the kids are checked in would need to have two beds and one bathroom. Whereas, our bedroom will require one bed and bathroom. The bathroom must have a rainfall shower. Also, both rooms should have a balcony that has a seaview. If possible, please book the room away from the elevator as we do not want to be disturbed by noise during our stay.

I would like to inquire about any activities taking placing at the hotel as we would like our stay to be a memorable one for our family. Our family would really appreciate if there are poolside activities. Moreover, we are curious about the places of interests near the hotel such as restuarants. Our family loves Chinese and Middle Eastern food, if there are any restuarants nearby please let us know.

Lastly, We would like to know the price of the stay considering the requirements like double rooms with a sea view for the weekend. Thank you for your time
