The given bar graph illustrates, the changes in the percentage of car ownership of each and every households with no car,one car and two cars in one European country between the period of 1971 – 2001 respectively.

Overall, no car for households in the year 1971 is very high and gradually it had decreased in 2001. A household with two cars is very optimal in 1971. But it had improved in 2001 and crossed almost a household with no cars in 1991. A household with one car has drastically changed in 2001 and almost reached to the no car percentage in 1971.

Firstly, when we compare with the years in 1971, 1991 and 2001, a household with no car has been decreased. Also, a household with single car or one car has improved over the years. But it suddenly dropped in 1991.

Moreover, a household with two cars had risen in the year 2001. Initially, two cars was slightly lower than the person with one car in 1991. But later on, after three decades the ownership of a car has been improved than the household with no car in 1971.
