You left the apartment last month in good condition but the landlord won't return your deposit. Write a letter to the landlord. Dear Mr. Alzahrani,

I am writing in regard to the refund of my security deposit I was paid.

My name is Muhammed Fayis and I would like to inform you that, the refundable security

deposit of 1500 riyals not credited to my bank account until now. As per our contract, the amount will be credited within one week after the end of contract, if there is no damage in the apartment. I strictly followed all the rules and used your apartment carefully and returned to you neat and clean.

However, it is two weeks completed and you are already checked and confirmed there are no damages. So, you should transfer the amount within next seven days, otherwise it will be the violation of contract.

Therefore, if you are not refunding the amount within the deadline, I will be forced to move legally and it will make a bad impact on your rental business in future.
