Dear Joan,

I hope this letter finds you well. I want to say in advance, ‘Happy Birthday.’ I know it is very overwhelming for you to plan for this occasion.

I’m excited to let you know, but I’d like to recommend a beach party. Since it is summer, people love to go to the beach and spend time. Plus, it is not too expensive, which will accommodate most of your friends and family. If you like your picture with a group theme and program just for you, I can arrange a photographer who is my brother.

The Boracay beach is the one that I really find something special and memorable for your 18th Birthday. As our location is near the place, I think this is a good idea. They have a different program that suits your needs, and the food is economical.

In addition to that, there a jazz music, which I suggest seeing one of my friends if she can be one of the singers. Do you think it is possible?
