The bar chart presents the information about how many seals, whales and dolphins were recorded in the Gormez Straits between 2006 to 2018.
Overall, the number of dolphins experienced a dramatic rise while the number of seals and whales considerably fluctuated. What stands out from the data, in spite of being the lowest number in the first year, the number of dolphins became the highest at the end of the period.
If we look at the data, there was a dramatic increase in the number of dolphins from around 18 in 2006 to over 30 in 2014 and then it continue rocketing to just above 50 in 2018.
On the other hand, the number of seals saw a significant decrease. The number of seals decreased dramatically from over 40 in 2006 to around 25 in 2010, before it rose considerably again to over 40 in 2018. Following this, the number of wheals witnessed a fluctuated trend between 20 and 30 over the period from 2006 to 2018.
