Overall, every methods have many significant changes. For example, query recieved by telephone in with about 900 which is the most used methods in january appeared to have some fluctuated trend and end up with only 1600 which is in the second position just below face to face methods.

In person methods which has the lowest rate in january showed very sharp rise over time, from about 400 in january and end up with more then 1800 quiery number at the end of June.

In contrast, quiery receievef by email or letter has downward trend, from being in the second position in January with more than 600 quiery and end up with about 200 whis is the lowest number from all three methods at the end of June.
