Malaysia followed with around 12 billion USD, while Taiwan registered the smallest amount, spending just under 10 billion USD.
In summary, China was by far the leading travel spender in 2014, followed by the United States and Germany. At the lower end of the scale, India, Malaysia, and particularly Taiwan contributed the least to overall travel expenditure.
