The image below illustrates the process of glass recycling in six stages. The first stage is started by collecting bottled glass while the end that shows new bottled glasses.
Firstly, the glass waste in recycled bin will be collected from supermarket by the truck to be separated in proper category. Another truck with white recycle symbol in major great color continues the second process to deliver the chosen glasses to apply treatment plant in one specific building. In that place, the glasses will experience hygiene processes in one machine that can wash and put sterilization standard.
Furthermore, cleaned glasses will be crushed to be small soft particle to ease the next process. With high temperature fire then it will be burned specifically to be glass liquid. Some moulds are prepared in the machine to reshape the melted glass as the original bottle shape remain the same green color with a big ladle from iron to tolerate the heat. Finally, the recycled renewed bottled glasses are ready after being cooled to be redistributed for bottled products that can be sold in the supermarket.
