Band 5: You should spend about 20 minutes on this task The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. Write at least 150 words. (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 1 Sample)

The line graph illustrates the number of inquires received by tourist information in one city from January until June in 2011. Overall, the costumer who contacted in person and by telephone dispicted an upward trend while the number of person who contacted by letter of email showed a downward trend.

To begin with the number of connected in person stood the lowest compared with other methods at over 400, while the person enquired by telephone was twice compared with person. Both of person and telephone increased significantly. In person crossed over the letter at over 700 in the middle of february. After that the person took over telephone and levelled of approximately at 1900, which was the highest point for over six months and the second position was by telephone at 1600.

Moreover, the costumer who enquired by letter or email fell gradually from January to may by 100, and remained stable until the end of period. It was one-fifth compared with the highest point, which was in person. minta tolong untuk di review berdasarkan poin IELTS
