Overall, the village of stokeford had many changes over the 80 years. Many houses had built and new roads.
In 1930 there was a main road pass between a few houses. There was two shops and poste office and farmland in the left of the road, in addition, there was another farmland on the right side, moreover to primary school and large house with gardens. There was a river beside the village from southwest to northeast who divided the main road in the bridge , and road for walker took to the northeast of the river.
In 2010 many things has changed, they built many houses and made new roads who took to them. The farmlands and the two shops had removed and remplace them with those houses and streets. The large house and gardens was transfered to retirement home.
