Overall, it can be reported that the highest amount of nutrient is sodium which was taken at dinner time. However, the least of all are snacks and breakfast with the same fraction. On the other hand, the saturated fat and added sugar is consistently stable during breakfast meal.
In detail, the first part of the pie is consistent with an average of 14% for snacks and breakfast. In contrast, the meal for a snack for saturated fat is a bit lower at 21% and slightly elevated at 42%, in addition, 37% of the total meal for dinner was consumed in saturated fat, while the added sugar is around 23%. Lunch increased to 26% of the saturated fat was eaten up confronting 19% of added sugar. The morning meal for saturated fat and added sugar was completely unchanged.
