Overall, the proportion of added sugar is highest in snacks(42%), whereas it is lowest during breakfast(16%). Similarly, the percentage of saturated fat is prominent during dinner(37%) and minimal during breakfast(16%). Additionally, The ratio of sodium is predominant during dinner(43%) and minimum in snacks(14%), and during breakfast(14%). Evidently, in breakfast, the ratio of all the nutrients is lowest and highest in dinner.
The proportion of sugar in breakfast is 16%, whereas it is 19% in afternoon meals. Moreover, the sodium content in lunch meals is 29%. In addition, the proportion of saturated fat in afternoon meals is 26% and snacks contain 21% saturated fat.
