Dear Durdona,

Hope you are doing well. Our meeting will be soon; however, I would like to change the dates. If you remember, I told you that we decided to change our house, which is a new one. On the day we have to meet you, it turns out that we need to move to a new house. Therefore, I would like to reschedule our meeting in Tashkent.

I apologize for the inconvenience, due to the fact that I do not see any other way out. I know how difficult this meeting was for us since we have not seen each other for a long time. But I promise the next time we will definitely meet in Tashkent.

Firstly, the time of our meeting is stretching for another week. Nevertheless, we can now go down with you to the concert of the actor you like. Moreover, we have a lot of time to travel in Tashkent and other cities.

I hope my apologies will be accepted, taking into consideration my situation, and I wait for your response letter soon. Best regards,
