Dear sir/madam

I am writing to explain that i cannot partook In this Charity event. Because, I have unavoidable commitment about my extended family. I would like to clear this situation. If you please, allowing me for back to this committe, after i clear this situation. And if i cannot back to the committe, i will return the facility by the end of event

Pardon of me about this situation and i gratitude to sir and madam for giving me the chance to be a volunteer in this event.

I’m promise for the next evet, i would like to signed up again and do my best for this committe.

I would take some work from home instead. Furthermore, I would like to Invite my friends for signed up next event.
