Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to cancelled my part-time cource at your community center due to uncertain circumstansece. However i have been informed that if i ever withdraw my application i would get my course fees back but its not been processed yet.

Last month i came at your place and applied for part-time Microsoft excel cource for a three month but as i am planning to study aborad for my master degree i need to clear my English language test exam hence i need to start practicing about my ILTES course and due to this reason i want to withdraw my application this time.

I am writing this letter to inform you that its been a one week sicne i have cancelled my course but i have not gotten my refund yet therefore i want you to check my details and prosecce the tution fees otherwise need to compalain head office.
