Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Patricia and not long time ago I have started attending an evening class in your school. I really like the course I have chosen, it is really interesting for me and the proffesor is nice and I like to talk to him for different topics. But in this letter I would like to tell you that I can not continue attend this class due to my personal reasons.

Unfortunately I must leave the country and move to my motherland because my dad has an ilness and now he is in a hospital, so I need to look after him when he will be allowed to return home.

I am really sorry to say that , but I can not change the situation and have no influnce for this. I also call my sister who is in another country as well and if she can stay with our dad for some time I will immidiately return and sign up to this course again. But unfortunately I have no extra information about her plans and circumstansesMoreover, I would like to know about any possibilities about refund or another alternative arrangements you could offer. I wouldn’t ask about this in another case but my current life situation is a bit difficult and it would be good to have some savings. Please let me know as far as you can.
