Band 5+: You signed up for a course at a local community center, but the course did not meet your expectations. Write a letter to the community center director to complain about the course. You should include details about: - what course you took and the reasons you chose it - what aspects of the course were unsatisfactory - what you would like the community center to do to resolve the issue.

Note: Both the topic and the answer were created by one of our users.

dear director

my name is nzelue chidimma ,one of the students from the just concluded course on social development at the community centre,i would like to commend you and your team for your warm reception and excellent services during the course, the staff at the community centre are hardworking and dedicated but i wont cease to complain about my dissatisfactions during the just concluded course.

firstly, the timing of the course is really a cause for alarm because a lot of the students find it difficult to concentrate as a result of the long hours, some become hungry while others are tired making it difficult for students to concentrate or even acquire the needed knowledge.

however, another important discovery is the incessant noise coming fron the nearby bus station, this also causes lack of concentration and great distraction to the students.

finally,i suggest that the timing for the lectures be reviewed to better suit both the teachers and students and sound proof be installed in the classrooms to enhance understanding and better concentration

yours faithfully

nzelue chidimma juliet
