I am writing this letter to complain about the wrong service I have been subscribed since I signed up for your service.
First of all, I would like to apologise for the previous angry tone that I used during my call with the customer service person at your company.
Since past few days I have been constantly receiving wrong items from the subscription service. For example, I wanted to have a week chicken meal but I got a week vegetable meal. In addition to, I ordered a week of groceries but I received groceries of a single day.
I would like to investigate this issues from your end and take a serious actions to make sure such problem do not arise in the future.
