I hope you are doing well. I would like to begin by apologizing if my frustration has come across strongly in my previous messages. However, I feel it is important to clearly express the issue I have been experiencing with my subscription box.

For the past few months, I have been consistently receiving the wrong items in my deliveries. The products I receive do not match the descriptions or categories I originally selected, which has made the service quite disappointing.
