Subject: complaint about a contents of the box
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the subscription box I received from your company. I signed up for a monthly self-care box that promised good quality skincare products and useful items.
However, the box I got was very disappointing. The items were low quality and not what you advertised. For example, the cream looked cheap, the candle was broken, and some items did not seem useful at all. Overall, the box did not match what I expected.
I am not happy with this service. I would like a full refund or a new box with better quality items as promised.
