I am writing to express my detrimental experience in your hotel during the stay on 3rd – 4th August 2024
First of all, there is unexpected long check-in time as your Hotel provided insufficient staff at front deck. It eventually made me delayed an hour when I get into the room i.e. 5pm. On that day, I have an vital company meeting with my director and clieat. Your poor manpower and working effectiveness disappointed me a lot.
Secondly, during my meeting which at around 6:30pm I saw some of your workers still cleaning the external part of window using the goldelan it made enormaous embrassing with my vitual meeting. It is critical that I have reminded staffs several times, my purpose of stay was company meeting but still received an unacceptable services.
I hope the Hotel would take this as a serious issue and review your staff arrangement next time. For example arrange more staff especially in peak check-in hour i.e.3:30pm. And also, provide a “Remark” column in online booking that allow guests to remark some special request.
