I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent experience I had during the Annual Regional Meeting held on July 13th, 2024, at the Houston Hotel in Benin City, Edo State.
Firstly, I must address the issues I encountered with the accommodation. Unfortunately, the room allocated to me was far from satisfactory. The windows were broken, the door handles were faulty, and the refrigerator was non-functional. Additionally, the air conditioning system in the room was ineffective, contributing to a stifling and humid environment that made my stay uncomfortable.
To resolve these issues, I kindly suggest that the hotel management consider relocating me to a more suitable room. Furthermore, it would be beneficial for the maintenance team to address the aforementioned problems to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same inconveniences.
