Dear sir or madam,

i am writing this letter regarding the difficulties i faced during my stay in hotel. I have stayed at many hotels for company meeting but this was my first experience which i felt very dissatisfied with the stay.

my meeting was arranged at 9 in the morning and i was unable to attend it on time. There were no proper heating system in my room and it was so cool that i was unable to sleep .it was so cool that i caught cold but manage to attend the meeting.

i would suggest in order to solve this problem ,that the hotel supervisors to check my heating systems and make proper maintenance for it. I would also like to arrange a a weekly maintenance on these things as it will not cause any future trouble to the people wish to stay a a peaceful day at hotel. I hope you understand my situation and will do accordingly.
