I am writing this to express great discontent with my recent stay at the Indus hotel in Dubai, last Monday. My meeting was arranged in a five-star hotel in the Conference room. It started at 9:00 am and concluded at 5:00 pm. Several guests were also invited to attend the meeting from Dubai and Qatar. Everything in the meeting was well organized and planned. The overall atmosphere was really productive for learning.
Let me explain in detail underlying issues which I encountered during my stay. After attending my meeting, when I returned to room for relaxation, their catering, laundry and cleaning services really disappointed me. The bedsheets and pillow case were untidy and it smelled unpleasant. They also extra charged for the pressing service, which I think unreasonable. Their catering services were not pleasing, the dinner was undercooked and unhygienic which further added to my dissatisfaction.
I would highly appreciate if you could take immediate steps to address these issues so that future guests do not face same issues. Addressing these issues would ensure a higher standard of service and satisfaction.
