I am sorry was distrub you, but i have to write this letter because i would complain about internet service in your company is much slower than advertised.

Firstly, i would confirm my username is Akhlawahyu and was subscribed your service on Monday, 14 Januari 2026. So, you can check and make sure if i am not lying and real your customer.

Secondly, as long as i use this internet service, my internet speed only 7 Mbps. It is sluggish and contrast with advertise that you make. Whereas in your pamflet offer quick internet with 50 Mbps. Actually i feel dissapointed with your service.

Finally, i hope you can manage your company will be better and improve the situation. Might you can give compensation in your customer and remodel your advertised to suitable in the real.
