Dear Internet Provider,

I am writing to you as we have been experiencing poor internet service these last few weeks, and we are hoping that you will be able resolve this issue soon as this has started to cause problems and disrupt our daily activities. Most people in my household work from home, and my sibling uses the internet to submit school work as well. Both school and work matters have been greatly affected. My brother has had to ask his teachers for extensions on several of his projects and we have started to worry that this might significantly impact his grades.

We have been using your service for a while now and are aware of your impeccable service however this issue has started to cause distress in our lives.
