To whom it may concern,
Good day, my name is Elias and I have a few concerns regarding the recent changes your company has made in terms of the content library and the pricing. Although I know that this may not immediately be addressed by those in charge of creating these changes, as a customer for 10 years, I believe it is necessary to let you know my thoughts, as it has negatively impacteed my viewing experience. To give some context, I am subscribed to the premium plan which is $35 a month, which gives me access to my library from 3 different devices simultaneously. However, as of lately, the account seems to only play on one device at a time despite still falling under the premium plan. Aside from this persistent problem, another would be the price increase from $35 to $70 a month, which is quite distasteful. Not only has the video quality dropped significantly, but the number of movies and shows in the catalogue have decreased. This has caused me to consider subscribing to other streaming services, just to watch the shows that were removed from your platform. Not only has this caused unnecessary stress but the amount charged for a premium account with mediocre service is quite displeasing. I ask that the company fix the glitches involving the number of devices allowed to play the shows and to revert the price back to $35 if they don’t plan on adding more shows or fixing the video quality.
