Im writing this report due to technical difficulties after my subscription.

Last weak i saw an advertisement offer fair price and include many channels. I subscribed due to a high positive reviews. However, i have noticed some constatly lags and delays on my tv channels. And it’s frustrating and ruining the experience.

Yesterday, there is a match between Saudi Arabia and Argentina, it was important match to watch; however due to the issues i got, it was a horrible experience.

I wish kindly if you can bring a technician to fix the satellite or the receiver or just cancel my subscription and renew it again.

I will be free at the weekend between 4pm to 9pm and the address is ( Wall Street 831 ), if you want to bring the technical staff to my home.
