I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your online streaming service, which I subscribed to a month ago.
Since the first week of my subscription, I have experienced constant technical issues. The videos often freeze, the sound is delayed, and sometimes I cannot log in at all. I have tried reinstalling the app and checking my internet connection, but the problem still occurs every day.
I contacted your customer support several times, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. The representatives only suggested restarting my device, which did not solve the issue.
I would appreciate it if you could either fix the technical problems immediately or provide a partial refund for this month’s subscription. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
