Dear Campus Printing Services Team,
I am writing because I noticed an unexpected charge on my printing account this week. After printing a short document for one of my classes, my balance decreased much more than I expected. I checked the online printing history and saw a much larger print job listed there, but I do not recognize it and I do not believe I printed that document.
I noticed this problem yesterday evening when I logged into my account to check my remaining balance. Earlier that day, I only printed a five-page reading for my English class in the library computer lab. Normally, a small print job like that only reduces my balance by a small amount, but this time I lost almost ten dollars.
My student account is under the name Diego Gonzalez, and my student ID is 20245678. The print history shows a large job of about 120 pages printed on Tuesday afternoon, but I was not on campus at that time, so I am sure that I did not make that print request.
Could you please review my account and check if there was an error or if someone else used my printing balance by mistake? I would also like to know what steps I should follow so that my balance can be corrected and the extra charge can be refunded.
Thank you very much for your help. I look forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
Diego Gonzalez
