I am writing to complaint about an issue with the trail rooms in your sports centre.
I am a frequent customer for sports centre, and I believe it had great customer service over the years. But the waiting time to try our outfits in the change room have been increasing for three months. Because two of the existing cabins had been locked due to stacking of new footwear.
Last month, I had reached out to a staff member and raised a complaint. Unfortunately, nothing was changed, therefore I asked another staff member who was at the counter. He then mentioned that the complaint was not filed before. Then I came to knew that the agent I had spoken had resigned.
Kindly, investigate and take required action over the issue. Moreover, please instruct all your current staff to be attentive as well as quick for customer’s queries.
