Initially, I was made to wait for my reserved table, which was disappointing considering the good reputation of your establishment. Upon finally being seated, I ordered vegetable biryani with curry. However, I was shocked to discover pieces of chicken in my meal. When I brought this to the server’s attention, their unprofessional attitude was evident as they displayed indifference to my concern, which added to my annoyance.
As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by this incident and do not wish for such mistakes to recur. I urge you to address the behavior of your staff promptly and take necessary actions. Additionally, I request a full refund for my bill as a gesture of goodwill. Failure to address this matter satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint to the media.
