I am writing to bring to your attention about an terrible i had at your restaurant last Sunday. I ordered a vegetarian meal, but was unfortunately served a meat- based dish instead.

I am a vegetarian, and the presence of bone in my meal was biryani with curry. However, I was shocked to discover pieces of chicken in my meal. When I brought this to the server’s attention, their unprofessional attitude was evident as they displayed indifference to my concern, which added to my annoyance.

As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by this incident and do not wish for such mistakes to recur. I urge you to address the behaviour of your staffs promptly and take necessary actions.

Additionally, i request a full refund for my bill as a gesture of goodwill. This matter satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint to the media.
