Dear manager

I am writing this letter to draw your attention about getting non-veg food instead of serving vegetarian. It was happened on June 23 rd , when me and my family was travelling to Delhi. Therefor, I told already employees of the restaurant but they just gave us another food instead of ap ologies.

At onset, after coming to Delhi at first we came to your place because not only we was starving but we heard a lot about your restaurant. After waiting too long, we finally we got table No. 2. After having a seat, we order veg platter because we are pure vegetarian and not able to eat at any cost. After long wait time we got over food and we all took one bite and then realize that this is a non-vegetarian food.

Overall, after that I called the server to ask about this mistake and the why he replied me was to awkward as well as seems no regret. After observing the behavior, I got too disappointed and They just change my plates. So, in conclusion, I am writing this letter that I need apologies from the server for showing me the wrong attitude.
