I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the sevices rendered during my stay at the hotel which was organized by your firm for the meeting.
As you know, this meeting was essential to me as it was an opportunity for me to impress the investors to provide funds or my startup Company. I had Some expectations and i was all prepared however nothing went well.
First of all, the cooling system in the hotel room where the meeting took place was inadequate. It was exemely hot inside the room. Another thing was that the hotel staff disturbed us twice disregarding the “Do not disturb” sign that was placed at the door. I felt miserable due to all this situation and had to apologize from the financiers.
I would like to make a suggestion to avoid such incidents from happening again. Before organizing an event organizer may check the service standards of the venue by checking the reviews. Moreover, a short meeting can be arranged in order to explain the expectations and do a pre-check tour to examine the conditions.
