Dear Mr. Samuel,
I am writing to you to complain about the problem I faced at the hotel we lodged to have our yearly meeting.
To begin, the meeting was all about accessment of how the company has progressed so far. I was the secretary and my duty was take a note of how the meeting went. Some were given award because their contribution to the success of the company was massive. Individuals that were not doing well in their area was also mentioned and they took correction and promised to do better in the coming year.
I personally did not like the envionment we had the meeting. It was very noisy because of the loud music being played in the background. I complained about it to the hotel manager but it seemed there was nothing he could do. He brought to my notice that they were not informed on time and they had other activites going on there.
I would appreciate you take note of this while organizing our next meeting. If you must book any hotel, inform them on how seren we want the environment to be.
