I am writing to complain about the problems I faced at your pre-booked hotel while attending a meeting that was organized by you.
The meeting was about the recent development in our new product with our old international client. The agenda of the meeting was fulfilled, and we will get a new order from them shortly.
But I would like to address some issues I faced during my stay at the hotel. When I arrived, the staff informed me that my room had been allocated to another person. As a result, I need to wait a long time in the lounge until they assign me a new room. Moreover, the internet connectivity was poor, so it took a long time to connect with the client.
I would like to request you to please consider other hotel options, either a four- or five-star hotel in the future. So, no other colleague will face the same issue.
