Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing this letter to request that you to please publish my apartment rental advertisement on the front page of the newspaper.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment with all the utilities included in the apartment. The apartment also has various facilities like a guild, personal Jacuzzi and a bike hydro in it. This apartment is located at the Young street which has many restaurants and other day to day required facilities nearby.

I would like to request that you publish my advertisement on the front page, so that I can get as many enquires as possible for the apartment because my apartment has been vacant from a long time and I need money to cover my losses.

However, I would like you to add my phone number at the end of the advertisement with a small note saying that I prefer families only to rent out my apartment, I would like to pay any extra fee for the advertisement to be on the front page with my debit card through online platform, I hope to get a positive response.
