Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding advertisement publishing in the local newspaper for renting an apartment.

The details that need to be highlighted in the advertisement are; the maximum limit of people allowed to live, amenities offered, location. Also, the dimensions of each room should be stated, so they can accommodate their members suitably. Besides, it will be a furnished compact apartment, thus, the rate will be mentioned accordingly.

Pertaining to the matter, I request you to publish the advertisement on the front page, so it is accessible to a large-scale audience. Thus, this will attract more tenants to visit the apartment. Moreover, it will also provide me with a resident in a minimum amount of time. Although, not all potential tenants would fit the criteria. Hence, the front page cover will ensure the coverage of every family, regardless of their socioeconomic factors. Most importantly, in the end, please include my contact details, so prospective people can approach.

As for the payment method, it will be paid upfront into the bank account, and let me know if it should be paid partially or fully. In that case, provide all the banking details. Afterwards, the cheque will be deposited in the duration of the ad-making.
