Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Pooja Shah, living at Arvona Place in Mississauga. I came to know about your local but well known newspaper in our city. I am writing this letter to enquire about advertising.

Currently I have one spare small, well furnished apartment which I want to rent out. The flat consist of two bedrooms with attached bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Moreover, the apartment is located in a convenient and safe neighborhood. I would like to rent the apartment to a small family member of four.

I kindly request that the ad be placed on the front page with some pictures and my contact details which I am attaching with this letter. Also, I would like to discuss about payment, I have to pay some advance or not and through which method I have to pay.
